As part of the 48 MW capacity increase project at Soma RES, a project is being developed to educate children living in the region about renewable energy.
Polat Enerji hosted an event in Soma WPP where 17 students from Hamidiye Primary School joined. A basic training concerning renewable energy and environmental responsibility was given to the students by the experts. Following a workshop with different activities like wind turbine model making , the students were invited to watch a real wind tribune work in the field with all safety precautions taken.
