Purpose of the Foundation

The aim of the POLAT Foundation is to support our society through facilities and social assistance in the fields of education, sports, environment and culture in Turkey, and to contribute to the development of Turkish people to a higher level of culture and education, being loyal to the principles of the Republic, and beneficial to the country.

Mission

To provide solutions to the problems that deeply affect social life with a human-centered perspective.

Manifesto

We work to improve community life. We focus on areas where we believe we touch the lives of disadvantaged women and children.

Objective

To touch and contribute to the lives of at least 1 million of disadvantaged women and children by 2025.

POLAT Foundation Rules and Principles

  • Social Support Areas

    The priority of the Polat Foundation, established by the Polat Family in January 2023, is to contribute to the educational, cultural and professional development of disadvantaged women and children.

  • Aids and taxation

    All activities of the POLAT Foundation, including aids and taxation are compatible with Turkish laws.

  • Project Evaluation

    The compliance of the POLAT Foundation deed and the Local Donation Policy are taken as a basis in the project requests evaluation process.

Polat Foundation Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of POLAT Foundation meets at certain times a year in order to develop the practices with the opinions and recommendations regarding the activities and projects carried out within the foundation and to guide future studies.
